Based on the foundation's core objective of supporting local communities in achieving sustainable economic development, empowering individuals through the implementation of sustainable development projects, providing humanitarian assistance, and promoting community participation
And in implementation of the first program of the 2025 annual plan for financing micro and small enterprise loans,
Sanad Al-Ayyam Loan Project has commenced according to the following details:
Amounts granted range from 3 million to 10 million Syrian pounds. The bank repays the loan directly to the beneficiaries, Al Ayam Foundation finances and repays the loan expenses directly to the bank on behalf of the beneficiaries.
· Must be a Syrian citizen or equivalent.
· Must be between 18 and 65 years of age until the end of the loan term.
· The project must have obtained the necessary licenses to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
· The Loan Risk Guarantee Corporation guarantees projects up to 75% of the required collateral.
· The bank may request additional guarantees according to its guaranteed matrix.
· Category 1: 3 million for simple home-based businesses and crafts or small shops
· Category 2: 6-9 million for small-scale projects
· Category 3: 8 million for a 3-month period for seasonal loans
02- Vocational training project in cooperation with the Youth Empowerment Capabilities Center
In light of the increasing challenges facing young people and job seekers in the labor market, Al Ayam for Development Foundation has launched an initiative to provide a comprehensive training program aimed at qualifying and developing individuals' skills and creating effective bridges between training outcomes and the actual needs of the labor market.
